General Appointment Policy
- Please arrive early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and a Missed Office Visit Fee will apply.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a Missed Office Visit Fee.
New Patients / Initial Consultations
- Complete all New Patient paperwork through the Client Portal before your appointment.
- If unable to complete forms online, arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete paperwork in-office.
Follow-Up Nutrition Visits
- Bring your completed Food Log to each appointment, as outlined in your Program Guidelines.

Accelerated Intolerance Elimination Technique (AIET)
- Wear a white shirt made of natural materials (cotton or linen).
- Pants should be loose enough to access your knees comfortably.
IonCleanse Foot Bath
- Feet must be clean and free of open wounds or lesions.
- Remove all toe rings, anklets, and foot jewelry before the session.
- Bring water to stay hydrated during and after your session.
Not indicated for individuals who are pregnant, have implanted medical electrical devices (such as pacemakers or defibrillators), or are on blood thinners.
Raindrop Technique
- Please shower prior to your session to ensure clean skin, which improves oil absorption and treatment effectiveness.
- Remove all jewelry before the session.
- Hydrate well—bring water to drink before and after your appointment.
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and stimulants for 24 hours prior.
- No exercise or sauna use within 8 hours before your appointment.
- Remove all jewelry before the assessment.
Not indicated for individuals who are pregnant or have implanted medical electrical devices.
